Alternatively, if you prefer to discuss your needs directly, you can call us once you've made an online booking or alternatively we can make the booking for you online if you are unable to.

What is the turnaround time for the return of ashes?

We aim for a turnaround time of 7 working days for the return of your pet's ashes. This ensures that you can have your beloved pet back with you as promptly as possible, allowing you to commence the healing process.

Do you operate on weekends and public holidays?

Yes, we understand the importance of being available for our clients during these times, which is why we operate every day, including weekends and public holidays, from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm.

Can I visit the crematorium or bring my pet in for cremation?

London Pet Cremations is exclusively a mobile service operating in and around London, and as such, we do not offer the option for clients to visit our crematorium or bring their pets in themselves.
